Yu Lan grew up in Kaoshiung, Taiwan and moved to the UK to study jewellery design. She now lives in Leigh on Sea and makes her own beautiful range of silver and aluminium jewellery, inspired by the environment around her. Yu Lan has won many awards, including being named 'Contemporary Jewellery Maker of the Year' in Taiwan, 'Designer of the Year in Precious Metals' and 'Best Emerging Designer in Platinum' by the British Jewellers Association.
